Northeast Calgary is the city's fast-growth quadrant. The far northeast — Redstone, Cornerstone, Skyview, Cityscape — is still filling in with brand-new homes, while Saddle Ridge, Martindale, Taradale, Coral Springs and Savanna are established but young, and Whitehorn, Rundle and Marlborough anchor the older core near the airport.
