Prime Look Cleaning Services provides carpet, upholstery, tile and window cleaning services in Calgary and surrounding areas. This policy covers the information collected through this website — primelookcleaning.com— primarily the quote request form. Because we operate a commercial business in Alberta, we handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

When you submit the quote form, we collect:

• Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
• A phone number and/or email address — at least one is required so we can get back to you. You choose which to give.
• The service you need and any details you type in (rooms, stains, timing, and so on).

We also process limited technical data — such as your IP address — automatically when you visit, which our hosting provider logs to run the site and which we use briefly to limit spam and abuse of the form. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics profiling on this site.

For one reason: to respond to your quote request and arrange the cleaning service you asked about. If you become a customer, we may use your contact details to follow up about that job. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Your submission is emailed directly to our own business inbox so we can reply. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of service providers purely to operate the website and deliver your message:

• Resend — delivers the quote-form email to us.
• Vercel — hosts the website and processes standard server logs.

These providers process data on our behalf only to provide those services. Some may store or route data on servers outside Canada.

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to service and keep records of your job. When it's no longer needed, we remove it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Under Alberta's PIPA you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Providing your details through the form is voluntary — though without a way to reach you, we can't send a quote. To make a request, just contact us using the details below.
