Commercial Cleaning in Calgary

For the people responsible for a building: facility and office managers, property managers and condo boards, and the builders handing a project over. Tell us the space, the schedule and the standard, and we'll scope the work to match.

Commercial cleaning is a different job from cleaning a home, and not because the floors are bigger. A building has people in it who can't be disrupted, a schedule that someone else owns, and a manager who has to answer for how it looks. The cleaning has to fit around all three.

So every engagement starts with scope: what gets cleaned, how often, when we can be in the building and who signs off. We'd rather settle that before the first visit than find out on the third one that we were cleaning to a different standard than the one you had in mind.

We're a registered, bonded and insured Calgary company, and our invoices are itemised, so it's clear what you're paying for.

Who it's for

Who we work with

Facility and office managers

You need a scope that matches how the space is used and a schedule that keeps cleaning out of your staff's way. Most of this is routine janitorial work, with carpet and floor care on a longer cycle.

Property managers and condo boards

Common areas, corridor carpet and the call nobody wants about water in the building. We've written up how we work in multi-tenant buildings.

Builders, general contractors and developers

The final clean before inspection, occupancy or handover, sequenced around your trades and your dates. See post-construction cleaning.

Retail and business owners

A storefront, a showroom or a client-facing office: spaces where customers judge the business partly by the floor. Cleaning happens before you open or after you close; for stores, see retail and storefront cleaning.

How it works

How an engagement works

  1. Tell us about the space

Building type, rough square footage, what needs cleaning, and how often or by when. The quote form has room for all of it, or call us.

  2. We confirm the scope

We ask the questions that change the work (traffic, flooring, washrooms, access, timing) and look at the space, or photos of it, where the job needs it. Nothing gets priced on a guess.

  3. You get a scope and a price

A clear list of what's included and how often, with the price for it. The number we quote is the number you pay.

  4. We work to it

The work follows that scope on the agreed schedule, and the invoice shows what was done. When the building changes, with new tenants, more traffic or a renovation, the scope changes with it.

Commercial cleaning questions

What do you need from us to quote commercial work?
The type of building or space, its approximate square footage, what you want cleaned, how often (or the date it has to be done by), and anything about access or timing we should know, such as after-hours only or a building with security. Photos help.
Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes. Commercial cleaning is usually scheduled for evenings, or early mornings before you open, so it doesn't compete with staff or customers. Our hours run 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., seven days a week.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Prime Look is registered, bonded and insured. If your building, property manager or contract requires specific documents before a vendor starts, include that in your quote request so we can confirm them before the first visit.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
It depends on the scope, the size of the space and how often it's cleaned, so we quote each job individually rather than publishing a rate card. You get the number before work starts, and that's the number you pay.
