Southwest Calgary is where we're based, out in Evergreen off Everstone Drive, so this is the part of the city we reach quickest and schedule most flexibly. When a booking needs to happen fast, the SW is where we can usually make it work.
It's also the most varied quadrant in the city to clean. The inner southwest — Altadore, Marda Loop, Killarney, Glamorgan, Lakeview — is full of established homes where carpet has years of life in it and just needs proper restoration. Push out to the ridges and you're into large, newer estate homes in Aspen, Springbank Hill and Discovery Ridge, plus the family communities of Evergreen, Silverado, Bridlewood and Shawnee.
That spread changes the work. Bigger homes on the escarpment often mean quality area rugs and a lot of upholstery; the established inner communities lean toward deep carpet restoration on floors that have earned it.

Estate homes and quality rugs
The newer southwest ridges — Aspen, Springbank Hill, Discovery Ridge — are full of larger homes with wool and specialty area rugs and a lot of upholstered furniture. Those aren't 'clean it all the same way' pieces: they get assessed and colour-tested before anything gets wet, and the sofas get moisture-controlled cleaning rather than a soaking.
Established inner-southwest carpet
Homes around Marda Loop, Killarney and Lakeview often have carpet that's older but far from finished — the tiredness is trapped soil in the pile, not wear. Truck-mounted extraction pulls that out and buys those carpets years, which is a lot cheaper than replacing them.
